he
Following information was taken from the "How To Enroll Your Child
In School" pamphlet, which was created by the Clark County School
District. We have also provided several .pdf documents that can be downloaded
for registration purposes. We hope that having the registration documents
available online will be helpful to parents or guardians who want to
prepare registration papers at home before having to turn them into
the office. You can also find out if your child is eligible for school
district bus transportation by going to the link located near the bottom
of this page. Thank you.
On
this page, you can check to see if you are or will be living in our
school zone and you can download three documents that need to be filled
out to register your child. These documents are in .pdf format. If
you have Acrobat
Reader you can read and print a copy of these documents that you
can then fill out from home.

If
your child is enrolling in a Clark County school for the first time,
or if you are re-enrolling your child in a Clark County school, you
will need the following items to complete your child's registration:
1.
Proof of address.
Two
forms of proof of address are required, such as a recent utility bill
(Nevada Power, Southwest Gas, North Las Vegas
Water), rent receipt, residence lease, or sales contract. If
you only have a sales contract for the purchase of a new home as proof
of address, the school will enroll your child on the condition that
one additional proof of address from the above list is submitted within
30 days. (Driver's license, telephone bill, or cable bill is not acceptable.)
If
you are living with a friend or relative, you must bring:
a
notarized statement signed by you and the owner/renter of the property
where you are staying, indicating that it is your place of residence.
a
form of your personal identification (driver's license, picture I.D.,
etc.) which bears the address of the friend or relative you reside
with. (Must be presented within 30 days.)
2.
Proof of the child's identity.
This
may consist of an original birth certificate, a passport, or a certified
birth card (issued by the Clark County Health district or another
health district). Copies will not be accepted.

We
need current medical information. You will need records indicating
that your child has had, or at least started, this series of immunizations:
4
- DPaP/DT (ONE DOSE ADMINISTERED ON OR AFTER THE 4TH BIRTHDAY)
3
